Peer Review Process
All submitted summaries undergo peer review by the Technical Tracks Committee. Authors can expect to receive the results of the peer review process within six weeks of submission.
Copyright
We expressly point out that the authors themselves are responsible for the content of the submitted papers or posters. This applies in particular to copyright. If the IYNC receives inquiries or information about copyright or other infringements, we reserve the right to delete the content at any time without prior warning and to block users.
Conference Proceedings
Accepted summaries are published in the IYNC2024 conference proceedings, accessible to all conference participants post-event. By uploading a paper, authors consent to its publication and visibility to the public. If any parts contain sensitive or confidential information, it's the responsibility of the author to handle this.
Selection for Publication in Scientific Journal
Based on review results and presentation performance, the Technical Program Committee selects the highest quality papers. Authors may be invited to extend these to full-length papers for publication in the peer-reviewed Journal of Nuclear Engineering and Radiation Science (NERS) of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME). Selections are announced shortly after the conference.
