The submission process comprises the following steps:
- Create an Indico account. If you don't have created one, then please do it.
- Submit an abstract, with a maximum length of 300 words, outlining key details about the work under the most relevant Technical Track(s) and specifying whether it is intended for oral or paper presentation. Abstracts can be submitted continuously, and you will receive notification accordingly.
- The Abstract will then be reviewed by our team and will be added to a Track when accepted. You will normally revieve an automated email here, so please check that it will not be put into your spam folder.
- Upon acceptance of your abstract, please submit your corresponding poster or paper within the specified timeframe. Confirmation of your submission is indicated when the uploaded file is visible in your personal space on the INDICO platform.
- Your paper will then be reviewed by our team. You can see the review in your personal space. Also you can communicate via comment function with the reviewers here. Also you will see the review here. Please don't write emails to a reviewer directly, because sometimes more then one person reviews a paper and so they don't see comments or rebuttals.
- When the paper is accepted, you will then recieve an email and later you will be informed when your presentation will be.
Of note, papers should be between 4 and 6 pages, in PDF format, and adhere to the IYNC 2024 Template Summary provided in the lower right corner of the Overview page.
